Let's face facts, if your body is so disgruntled that it's not allowing you to feel comfy during the day nor sleep well at night, then the chances are you're not living life the way you want to.
You're tired and narky, your concentration levels can be through the floor and you're just not getting things done. Instead you're listlessly bodding from one task to another whilst softly making Chewbacca noises to yourself.
Now, you could enrol in a Yoga class or a Pilates class, but that may involve leaving the house and in honestly, if you're not dealing with the underlying gunk that's stopping you from feeling free in your body (and mind - we talk about that too, oh the stories you tell yourself!) then you'll be stuck in the same old loop. Over and over and over again.
Happy Body sessions take a slightly different approach to the usual one. We're here to work with the body, gently and stealthily. That old idea of 'No pain, no gain' can take a flying leap - here is the place to learn how to listen, stretch, sink and melt. Usually we focus on one area of the body, you won't know what it is 'til we get started. Why? Because even though you think you know what's going on in your body, you may be very surprised to find out what's REALLY going on! And why would you want the opportunity to deny yourself the opportunity to heal?
Your body is a wonderous treasure map, with many hidden secrets. Happy Body live sessions are a trip down the road less travelled. We'll be using simple tools to unlock tired, achy muscles and to soften and heal the connective tissue (which up until now, you probably had NO IDEA was the root cause of so much meh!)
As well as working on your body, we'll be mixing it up with some breathwork, meditation, mindset work and movement.
You'll come out of the sessions feeling scintillated, stretched and oh so grounded in your self.
You really don't need much to take part.
