Your Transformation, Your Timeline
Your package includes a minimum of six treatments to use within a minimum of six months (choose from a 6, 12 or 18 treatment package).

What Makes These Treatments Different?
For the past 15 years I’ve being using Myofascial Release Techniques (MFR) in my massages. This particular form of MFR is slow and stealthy – there’s an emphasis on gentle pressure and listening to the body rather than forcing muscles and structures to ‘submit’.
One of the reasons I love using MFR is how beautifully it integrates with the nervous system, allowing you to soft and let go of tightness. Clients have often wondered why they suddenly find themselves thinking or talking about certain times in their life during their time on my treatment couch. If, at a time of accident or trauma, we are unable to fully process the incident (due to lack of time or capacity) we hold the residual tension of that within the body – MFR allows the cycle to be completed and the energy disapated.
